Irish sauces and condiments

Irish cuisine uses many sauces in its dishes! It must be said that a sauce is an integral part of the failure or success of a good meal!

The Irish have understood this, and have therefore created their own little habits, often borrowed from British cuisine. Vinegar on their chips, chutney on their meat, Worcestershire sauce all over the place… Not to mention the much more elaborate sauces, which go wonderfully with their fish, meats, stews, and local vegetables!

They often use 100% irish products. Also, don’t be surprised to taste a sauce flambéed with whiskey and cream for example! It is their trademark, and your taste buds may ask for more!
