Irish Dark Sky Reserve

In Ireland there are remote corners of the country that are protected from light pollution from the cities. Beautiful corners, where nature reigns supreme, and takes place on hectares untouched by any human presence.

It is in these places that Ireland has set up what is known as “Dark Sky Park”, or “Dark Sky Reserve”. These are magical places, where the sky reveals thousands of stars, each brighter than the next.
