The Killary Sheep Farm is a farm that has understood everything: very attached to the ancestral traditions of sheep farming, it has decided to share its passion with the public by offering them to spend a nice little hour on the farm.

Tom, the owner, will welcome you with pleasure, and will propose you many activities:

  • demonstration of sheepdogs in action with his flock (beautiful border collie)
  • old-fashioned shearing
  • peat extraction demonstration
  • and proposal of some hiking tours to do with Tom to better discover the Killary fjord.

The activities are therefore numerous and adapted to both children and adults. A very nice moment to spend in the company of Irish people in love with their land and their region, which will make you discover Killary, a real marvel in itself, as well as the secrets of sheep breeding in the wild.

Do not hesitate to contact them in advance to ensure their availability on 087 298 8051. You will be amazed by their warm Irish-style welcome!
