Iveagh Gardens are gardens in the heart of Dublin. Although less well known, they were designed in 1865 by Ninian Niven. Halfway between the French and English gardens, Iveagh Gardens is a mix of beautifully landscaped lawns, fountains, waterfalls and flowerbeds!

The Iveagh Gardens have some lovely treasures, which you can discover on a short walk. Some of the local sights include the boxwood maze with its sundial and the beautiful waterfall with exotic ferns.
You will also be able to admire particularly rare species of flowers, such as roses… The garden seems lost and isolated from the rest of the world: it’s hard to believe that Dublin is all around!
Every year, Iveagh Gardens hosts the Taste of Dublin, a festival dedicated to Dublin’s gastronomy… The place is ideal for tasting good food!
A nice park in short, which should allow you to enjoy nature and the surrounding calm!
