Doing the Glen Walk

A circuit that winds between valley and mountains

The Glen Walk is less than 20 kilometres long and will take you through the Glenveagh National Park from a wild perspective! Guided by a marked dirt and gravel path, it will take you through the park’s lakes, forests and moors, and will offer you some of the most beautiful scenery in the park!

Don’t forget to equip yourself well for the occasion: walking shoes, backpack, picnic, water bottle, warm clothing and windproof clothing are the minimum necessary to explore the area. And don’t forget the eternal camera, which will allow you to immortalize the most beautiful panoramas! On the program: mountains, lakes, changing skies and smells of wild nature!

Don’t hesitate to ask at the Visitor Centre of the Park: they will give you some advice on how to take the circuit!
