The Dublin Liberties distillery offers you the opportunity to live a unique experience: discover Irish whiskey by visiting a state-of-the-art distillery, equipped with ultra-modern equipment and ancestral know-how.

You will be able to admire their imposing copper stills, the ingredients used to make their beverage, learn about the principles of triple distillation (which gives Irish whiskey its identity), and of course, admire the countless casks that are maturing!

Although recently opened, the Dublin Liberties Distillery is a well-established distillery/museum, which has already earned its letters of nobility when it comes to whiskey. It is made up of a team of enthusiasts, who like to pass on their know-how to visitors who come to enjoy a short guided tour.

Note that the visit usually ends with a small tasting of their whiskeys. The opportunity to learn how to taste Irish whiskey in the rules of the art! Of course, it is possible to leave with a few bottles: the distillery sells their products on the spot.
