Dalkey Castle is a castle built in the 14th century in the heart of Dalkey. It was here that a superb Viking treasure of over 900 gold coins was discovered in 1830. Nowadays, the booty is on display in the British Museum in London.

The visit of the castle is accessible to visitors, and will allow you to walk through the different large rooms of the fortress. You will also be able to attend open-air shows every 30 minutes led by talented entertainers.
