Beware, it’s heavy stuff: the Burren’s gastronomic itinerary links no less than 22 establishments and local producers, renowned for the quality of their know-how. On the program, only good things! Smoked salmon, lamb, pork, oysters, breads, cheeses, organic vegetables, beers, whiskeys? There’s something for everyone and you’ll have the opportunity to taste some of the most renowned local specialities!

Note that the circuit also offers themed gastronomic events that take place every Monday from May to October. The opportunity to discover Irish know-how in a warm and friendly way!
