Ballymalis Castle was built in the 16th century by the Irish clan of the O’Moriartys. Renovated less than 100 years later by the Ferris family, the manor was finally passed on to the Eager family, who maintained it until the 19th century.
Nowadays entrusted to the Irish state, the castle is open to visitors, and will allow you to discover the medieval world of the time. You will be able to admire this impressive rectangular tower and discover its highlights.
