Ardrahan is a small, peaceful village in County Galway, known throughout Ireland for its inimitable cheese-making expertise. Ardrahan, a farmhouse cheese made from cow’s milk using traditional techniques, is produced here. Sold all over the country, it is the pride of its inhabitants!

Quite peaceful, the village lives to the rhythm of agriculture, its main source of income. Don’t miss Drumharsna Castle, a lovely ruined castle, and Tullira Castle, a magnificent private castle!
