That’s why you’ll come across more and more of them in the restaurant chains in Ireland: here, you can make something new out of something old, and awaken the potential of simple dishes!

Smoked Salmon Bagel

A simple but delicious snack!

The salmon bagel is certainly a great classic of Anglo-Saxon cuisine… But it has nothing to do with it when cooked with Irish products! Smoked salmon from Connemara, fresh cream from Kerry, wholemeal bread with local cereals: you’ll tell us all about it! Although they are easily found in Ireland, nothing prevents you from trying to make one yourself. It’s easy, convivial, and the result is colourful!

Little tip: if you don’t have fresh cream, don’t hesitate to take fresh cheese! It’s delicious!
