Bailey’s Coffee is a rather nice variation of Irish Coffee. Its preparation is simple and easy: just substitute the usual whiskey for Bailey’s for a tasty cocktail!

As a reminder, Bailey’s Irish Cream is a kind of whiskey liqueur. Its sweet, slightly vanilla aroma makes it an ingredient that goes perfectly with coffee! This whiskey cream thus contrasts strongly with the bitterness of a strong coffee, and the whipped cream! A real delight!

The Irish are used to serving it as a digestive, to prolong the meal, and to ensure a last little indulgence before leaving the table. According to them, this type of cocktail would allow better digestion.

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed coffee
  • A Bailey’s fund
  • One sugar
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

  • Run your coffee.
  • In the meantime, take a cup and pour in a Bailey’s bottom, along with the sugar.
  • Add the hot coffee, stirring gently.
  • Cover with a few dashes of whipped cream.
  • Enjoy!
