Jamie Dornan is a Northern Irish actor and model with an international dimension. The muse of the Calvin Klein brand, he has also appeared in TV series and films such as Once Upon a Time and Fifty Shades of Grey.
Born in 82, Jamie Dornan was born in Northern Ireland, and is the last of three siblings. In 2002, he stops his studies at Teesside University to start modeling and is then spotted by the agency Select Model Management.
Very quickly, he became a key figure in the industry and was chosen in 2004 as Calvin Klein’s muse. He then posed for Hugo Boss, Aquascutum and Gap, and Armani Jeans.
But Jamie Dornan also wanted to break into film, and played his first role in Sofia Coppola’s Marie-Antoinette in 2003. He then followed this up with the Once Upon a Time series, as well as in The Fall.
In October 2013, he was chosen to play Christian Grey, in the film adaptation of the best-seller Fifty Shades of Grey. A film that should reveal him even more in the eyes of the general public.
